Family Planning
For a long time, I kept hearing about more and more individuals who struggle with getting and staying pregnant. Some of my female friends were communicating how they felt like they were the reason they could not become pregnant. Others were talking about how they felt like they were eating and doing all the right things but that it was not enough!
It is important to make it clear that infertility affects both females and males. It is easy to think that since the fetus grows in the female they are the ones that are most responsible for fertility, but it does take two individuals.
With my clients, I explore how nutrition choices can support individuals' (female and male) bodies as they explore fertility as well as lifestyle factors to support their journeys.
